Spiritual Coaching sessions

Service Description

These are 50-minute one-to-one sessions. We begin with tarot and birth chart readings used diagnostically, to identify a theme, pattern, or question that is asking for attention. From there, we work therapeutically using talking therapy methods alongside creative techniques—such as timeline work, plasticine, and paints—to explore and deepen what emerges. This way of working integrates my ongoing spiritual practice with everything I’m learning in my final year of training at the Bath Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BCPC). The sessions are grounded, exploratory, and held within a therapeutic framework, while remaining intuitive and responsive. Practical details: • Starts Wednesday, January 7th • Times available: 10:00–12:00 or 2:45–5:45 • Location: Therapy rooms on Picton Street, Montpelier These are quiet, private therapeutic spaces, well suited to this depth of work.
